Terms & Conditions

Payment

We accept major credit cards through Google Checkout or Paypal ONLY.
 
NOTE: Paypal eCheques are not instant and can take up to 10 days to clear in our account, your item will only be posted when we are notified by Paypal that your funds have cleared.

Dispatch

After you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. (Please Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days). Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following working day. You will receive an e-mail once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received your goods within 2 working days after your order has been dispatched please click here to contact us via e-mail with your order number Please note that it can take up to 15 working days for your goods to arrive and we may ask you to contact your local sorting office.  

If you have not received your order after 15 working days you will be required to click here to contact us via e-mail to confirm this. We will then submit a claim to Royal Mail. Once this claim has been settled we will either resend the order or refund you. Please note that Royal Mail can take up to 6 weeks to settle a claim.
If you fail to inform us that you have not received your order within one month of the order date and your order status is shipped we will not resend or refund the order. 


Postage

Postage and Packing within the UK is free of charge and there is no minimum order. Goods are dispatched to you by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Please note that a signature will be required for some items sent depending on the value and shipping address. We are not responsible for errors made by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

Items sent via Royal Mail are sent first class. This means that you order will normally reach you within 2-5 working days after despatch.

We use Parcelforce for some heavy orders. All items sent by Parcelforce are delivered within 48 working hours between 8am and 6pm. Please note Parcelforce do not deliver on Saturdays. It is important that somebody is available within these times to sign for the delivery and it may be appropriate to have your order delivered to a work address. If there is no one available when Parcelforce attempt to deliver your order they will leave a card for you and attempt to deliver the item on the next day. If they are still unable to reach you, Parcelforce will leave you a card. If the parcel is not collected within Parcelforce time allowance (please check with your local depot), it will be sent back to us and redelivery will cost £8. Alternatively we will refund your order including a deduction of £8.

We do not delivery outside of the UK

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Items not in stock

We are dependant on our suppliers for delivery and if we do not receive delivery from our suppliers we will contact you via email to inform you of any delays.


Returns

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods sent must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received unopened and unused and will credit your account immediately upon receipt. A 30% or less administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded. We do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the Royal Mail.

If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery and not collected from the post office, customers will be required to pay £5 for redelivery on line. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However If the customer would like a refund a 30% or less administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

Christmas Deliveries

Only orders placed prior to 17th December will be guaranteed to be dispatched before 25th December.
